Almost everywhere around the globe, people have a special day to honor not only those who gave their lives in battle, but also family members and friends whom they wish to remember.
In the United States of America, we call it Memorial Day.
We pay our tributes each year on the last Monday in May.
You don't have to believe in war, or support military action to still honor our brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers, friends and neighbors who died sacrificing their all for our freedom.

Hi my name is Hellen. I had ordered a timeless message for my boyfriend for Valentines Day 2004. Well I thank you for the beautiful bottle and the beautiful poem. My boyfriend loved it; in fact he started crying when he read it. He was deployed to Iraq 2 days later. I remember very clearly what he whispered in my ear when he read the poem in the bottle, he said, "It's not fair". We had so many dreams of getting married and having children. This is very hard for me to type but you have done more for me than I expected and what you realize. He was killed this past Monday April 4 or 5, 2004, I'm not even sure because they won't tell us anything. All we know is that he died of a gun shot wound in the outskirts of Falluja Iraq. His funeral is this coming Monday April 19. And I'm crying as I'm typing this letter, just to think that I was expecting to be dressed in white when he came back, for our wedding and now I have to be dressed in black for his funeral. I'm sorry for telling you guys this but I just wanted to share this and thank you so much for the timeless message on Valentines day, this means so much to me because it's one of the last memories that I have left and it was the best day of my life. The beautiful bottle now stands next his picture and his candle. Thank you guys so much from the bottom of my broken heart. Thank you and God bless you.
